🧸 Return & Refund Policy (FuffyBear)
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
To start a return, please contact us at contact.fuffybear@gmail.com. We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address once your request is approved.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
📦 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you are unsure about your item, please contact us before placing your order.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
A 15% fee of the total order amount will be deducted from all refunds and will not be reimbursed.
